Mountfield 1328H Compact Rear-Collect Ride-On Mower with Hydrostatic Drive

If maintaining your lawn with a walk-behind mower has become too much like hard work, then this compact and easy-to-use ride-on from Mountfield provides the ideal solution (it’s suitable for areas up to 4000m2).

Powering the Mountfield 1328H Compact Ride-On Mower is a muscular, 8.7hp, Stiga single-cylinder four-stroke engine with an overhead-valve formation – you can be confident of high performance levels, low fuel costs and reduced vibration, all with less neighbour annoying noise. Electric key start does away with the need to pull repeatedly on a starter rope.

The Mountfield 1328H Compact Rear-Collect Ride-On Mower has a narrow, 72cm cutting-width and a turning circle of only 140cm; a combination that ensures obstacles and tight corners are easily negotiated. An infinitely variable hydrostatic transmission serves to further enhance manoeuvrability.

The cleverly designed cutter deck on the Mountfield 1328H Compact  Lawn Rider guarantees optimum performance in terms of both collection efficiency and quality of cut. You can raise and lower it through seven stages (30-80mm) to achieve your preferred finish.

To ensure you’ll be able to get the job done in quick time, this practical and convenient machine has been fitted with a very large-capacity, 170-litre grassbag. The bag can be emptied from the driver seat, and is equipped with an audible ‘collector full’ warning to help prevent blockages.

Where conditions suit, you can remove the collector and fit the optional mulch plug. The mulched grass will act as a lawn feed, as well as helping to prevent the turf drying-out in the warmer summer months.

Also featured is a mow-in-reverse function, which facilitates backing-up with the blades staying engaged.
